Register with EMIS Access to Order your repeat prescriptions online.
You can request your repeat prescriptions from your own homepage without visiting the practice. Once requested, simply collect your prescription from Whitefields Surgery or the pharmacy.
Messages are handled by practice staff during normal working hours, so there may be a delay before you receive your reply.
If you would like to register with Emis online you can either visit the surgery to complete a registration form or click here to download a copy which you can print, complete and return to us.
The practice will allocate you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and other security details, these will be posted to your registered address. When a patient enters the EMIS Access website for the first time, a registration screen will need to be completed using the registration details you have been sent. Patients will be asked to nominate a personal password, which will be unique to the patient. It is very important that this password is remembered and not shared with others.
